ČERVA Export Import a. s. acquired an important Dutch PPE importer and distributor
17. 7. 2015 Prague - Červa Export Import a.s. announces today the acquisition of Rehamij Nederland B.V., an important Dutch distributor and importer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The acquisition entered into force on July 14, 2015 when Rehamij started operation as a member of the Červa Group. Červa welcomes Rehamij as a new daughter company and is looking forward to serve and fulfill the needs of the Dutch PPE market. Rehamij Nederland B.V. will from now on operate as a division of the Červa Group, but will simply continue to be called Rehamij Nederland B.V. Mr J.P.A. van Rijen has been appointed as its Managing Director and his sole focus will be on creating successful synergy.
Rehamij Nederland B.V. was operating as an independent company as an importer and distributor of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for over 30 years. It started with leather gloves in 1981 and has since become a total supplier of PPE. Nowadays the assortment consists of a wide range of safety products from all over the world. The brands offer all together a complete safety range with gloves, clothes, shoes, eyewear, ear protection, respiratory and fall arrest equipment. The company is an importer for its own brands SafeWorker, ASSENT and KIXX and distributor for several leading brands such as MASCOT, 3M, EMMA, Seyn, Moldex, AllShoes and Honeywell.
