{Bergambacht, December 2017 }: As of December 20th, 2017, Rehamij Nederland B.V. of CERVA GROUP a.s., makers and distributors of protective personal workwear across Europe, will assume all future business activities conducted in the Benelux Market.
This change will result in the renaming of the CERVA division previously responsible for these affairs, CERVA Belgium into Midex Safety. The Belgian branch will no longer be a member of CERVA GROUP a.s., but will become the distributor of the Dutch Rehamij branch and continue as a direct seller of CERVA and Rehamij branded goods to the public.
Both Rehamij and Midex Safety have agreed to the changes as they better suit each party's business plans: Rehamij will continue to supply distributors; Midex Safety (the former CERVA Belgium) will directly supply end users.
