It provides suitable protection against he effect of electric arc generated by a single phase short-circuit (7000 A) in a low-voltage network (max: 400V, alternating voltage 50Hz). It is made from antistatic material (electrostatic dissipative) enabling it to be used in explosive environments and in the vicinity of flammable materials. It is suitable for workers exposed to heat and flame. The protective garment provides protection against the effects of direct flame for 4 sec. and for 7 sec. against the effects of heat with a 20 kW /m2 intensity.
